Service Description
A lovely way to embrace all the best parts of the festive season while leaving the busyness behind for a day. Enjoy a Christmas-themed gentle yoga practice, guided meditation to promote a calm mind, a healthy light lunch and refreshments, and a floral workshop which will see you taking home your very own festive centre piece.

Cancellation Policy
All classes must be paid in full prior to the class date. Please give 12 hours notice of cancellation to receive a refund of payment. Retreat days require a non-refundable deposit of £10 to secure a place. Courses and retreat days must also be paid in full prior to the start date and cannot be refunded once the course has begun.
